Welcome to gotwomen.org, the official website of GOT Woman, a program of GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("GOT Woman," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit the website, create an account, become a member, donate, register for an event, or sign up for our emails. By using the website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About GOT Woman

GOT Woman (God's Over These Women) is a faith-based women's empowerment ministry of GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation. Our mission is to inspire, support, empower, and create lasting impact in the lives of women through community, mentorship, service, and faith.

2. Who May Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, or make a donation. Young women ages 13 to 17 may take part in youth programs or events only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the website, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
• Give accurate, current information when you create an account, register, donate, or fill out a form.
• Not try to access other people's accounts, admin areas, or connected systems without permission.
• Not upload or send anything harmful, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the website.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away through our contact form if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Memberships and Automatic Renewal

We offer a free Bloom membership and paid Flourish and Crown memberships. For paid memberships:

• Billing options. Paid memberships are billed either monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout. The price and billing period are shown before you pay.
• Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your card is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. By completing checkout, you authorize these recurring charges.
• How to cancel. You may cancel anytime by replying to your payment receipt or sending us a message through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your benefits until then.
• Refunds. Membership fees already charged are generally not refundable, except where the law requires or in cases of a billing error. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days.
• Price changes. If we change membership prices, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your renewal.
• Benefits. Membership benefits may change over time as our programs grow. Memberships support a charitable mission. Part of a membership fee may not be tax-deductible if you receive goods or services in return.

6. Donations

Donations may be one-time or recurring monthly gifts. All donations are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Recurring monthly gifts are charged automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do anytime by replying to your receipt or contacting us. 7. Events

• Event registrations depend on availability. We may change dates, times, speakers, or locations, or cancel an event, and will notify registered guests as soon as we can.
• If we cancel a paid event, you will receive a full refund. Other refund requests are handled case by case.
• You take part in events and activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct, health, and belongings.
• Photos and video. We often take photos and video at events to share our mission on our website, emails, and social media. By attending, you agree that your image may appear in these materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please tell an event host or let us know beforehand, and we will do our best to honor your request.

8. Emails and Text Messages

If you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account, we may send you emails about our community, events, and ways to give, including a short series of welcome emails. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime on our email preferences page.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about events and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of membership, donation, or registration. We will not sell your number or share it for marketing.

9. Faith-Based Content; Not Professional Advice

Our content, events, and mentorship reflect Christian faith values and are shared for encouragement and education. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.). In an emergency, call 911.

10. Intellectual Property

The GOT Woman name, logos, crown mark, photos, text, graphics, and other website content belong to GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation or are used with permission. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to GOT Woman. Any other use requires our written permission.

11. Content You Share

When you send us testimonials, photos, prayer requests, comments, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us a free, non-exclusive permission to use, edit, and share it to support our mission. We will not publish prayer requests or personal stories with your name without your permission.

12. Disclaimer

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GOT Woman, GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation, and our volunteers, leaders, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, events, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless GOT Woman and GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation, and our volunteers and leaders, from claims or costs that result from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

15. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers such as Stripe (payments) and our customer relationship management (CRM) provider to run our services. The website may also link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

16. Resolving Concerns

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. For important changes, we will let members know by email. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Donation & Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines, are the full agreement between you and us about the website.
