Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 14, 2026

GOT Woman wants every woman to be able to learn about our community, join, give, and register for events online, including women with disabilities.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work toward this by using readable text sizes and color contrast, descriptive text for images, clear headings, keyboard-friendly forms and buttons, and layouts that work on phones, tablets, and computers.

2. Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content, such as older photos, flyers, or documents from partners, may not yet be fully accessible. We review and improve the site as we add new features.

3. Events

If you need an accommodation to attend an event, such as accessible seating, a sign language interpreter, or materials in another format, please let us know when you register or through our contact form at least 7 days before the event. We will do our best to help.

4. Need Help or Found a Problem?

If you have trouble using any part of this website, please send us a message through our contact form with the subject "Accessibility." Tell us the page and what happened. We will respond within 5 business days and, where needed, help you complete your task another way, such as by phone or email.
